Terms & Conditions

1. UK Delivery:
   Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, although orders are sent out as quickly as possible. Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible. Rapid Moto Distribution cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the manufacturer, or any other third party. Most orders are sent via APC Overnight , DHL (mainly for AXO Sport Orders) or Royal Mail. Rapid Moto Distribution have the right to fluctuate prices in proportion with their costs.
   
   
2. Overseas Delivery:
   As above except where parcels are to be shipped overseas, the method of shipping could be UPS, DHL, DPD or similar, dependent on the destination country. Any duties taxes or charges made by 3rd parties once goods have left Rapid Moto Distribution premises are the sole responsibility of the customer.

In the event of an order being lost by a third party, Rapid Moto Distribution bears no risk once the order has been despatched. Where goods have been received damaged, a refund/exchange application will only be acknowledged if the goods are returned together with their original packaging and a Returns Authorisation Number within 14 days of order to Rapid Moto Distribution trading address.

Where the goods are signed for, if a customer believes that a parcel has been tampered with, it is their responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods.

In the event of either of the above, Rapid Moto Distribution will forward a claim to the courier on the behalf of the customer.

To initiate a product return please follow the instructions listed below, titled Returns & Replacements.

This is not a guarantee and Rapid Moto Distribution have the right to refuse any application. Any refund/exchange given is at the discretion of the management of Rapid Moto Distribution. Failure to give accurate information while making a claim may lead to a penalty issued by the courier company.

Customer details will not be passed on to any third party under any circumstances.

If any goods are deemed unsatisfactory (as above) the Customer shall comply with the return procedure as defined below. Rapid Moto Distribution will not accept any returned goods should the return not follow the aforementioned return procedure..

The Customer must apply for returns authorisation by contacting Rapid Moto Distribution via Telephone or Email. Without this, returns will not be accepted.

Any opened or damaged products will not be eligible for a refund/exchange. It is advisable that a certificate of posting is obtained.

In cases where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to Rapid Moto Distribution before the refund or replacement can be issued.

The customer must send all returns within 14 days of receipt to;

In cases where the rejection is due to an incorrect order from the Customer or to dissatisfaction, the Customer is entitled to a partial refund (full refund less postage costs) only. Goods must be returned to Rapid Moto Distribution before the partial refund can be issued.

In cases where the customer does not sign for the goods on delivery or for whatever reason, they are not accepted by the customer and returned, we will offer either to re-send the package (which will incur the original shipping charges again), or to refund the original payment minus shipping charges.

Items marked 'Available to Order' in the information section of the Product page are not eligible for Exchange or Cancellation. No returns will be accepted on these items. They will be returned to the customer and shipping charged. Any items ordered by phone or email as Special Orders (ie not listed on www.rapid-moto.com) are also not eligible for Exchange or Cancellation

NB. Only goods purchased from Rapid Moto Distribution by the customer can be returned and exchanged by Rapid Moto Distribution. (items distributed by Rapid Moto Distribution, but purchased from a 3rd party supplier must be returned to the supplier)

Cancellations are only accepted if the Customer complies with the following cancellation procedure and before the order has been despatched. If the order has been despatched prior to the cancellation, the return procedure as defined above will apply. If the procedure is not respected, the order will be considered valid and the Customer will remain liable for the full payment.

Cancellations can be made via Rapid Moto Distribution email address [email protected]. If the goods have already been despatched, Rapid Moto Distribution cannot refund any monies spent on postage & packaging.

Items marked 'Available to Order' in the information section of the Product page are not eligible for Exchange or Cancellation. No returns will be accepted on these items. They will be returned to the customer and shipping charged. Any items ordered by phone or email as Special Orders (ie not listed on www.rapid-moto.com) are also not eligible for Exchange or Cancellation

All prices are quoted in Great British Pounds unless otherwise stated.
Prices do not include Delivery. This is added separately during the checkout process.
Prices are subject to fluctuate at any time.

Payments must be made in British Sterling unless otherwise specified, and by one of the following payment methods

• PayPal, Credit or Debit card through the Braintree Secure Payment System.
• Credit or Debit card over the phone.
• Credit Account Customers will have the facility to add the order to their account with an Order Number/Reference.

The Customer shall respect all licence agreements delivered by the copyright owners. Rapid Moto Distribution cannot be held responsible or liable for any misuses conducted by the Customer or any third party. All trademarks shown on www.rapid-moto.com belong to their registered owners and must not be copied without prior permission.

These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with English Law. Any person attempting to make fraudulent credit card transactions will be prosecuted with no exception.
